If you have heart disease or if you are at risk for heart disease it is important to reduce your risk factors by safely increasing your fitness level.
During your exercise program we monitor your:

• EKG (heart rhythm)
• Level of fitness
• Oxygen saturation
If we have any concerns we will communicate these with your physician.
